Miguel joined Eupportunity in 2017 and and since then he has worked mainly Portuguese themes concerning sectorial legislation, institutional affairs and national projects with links to the European Union.
Miguel has a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and post-graduate degrees on Information Society Law, on Judicial Sciences and on Legal and Judicial Reforms, Evaluation and Regulatory Impact Analysis. Has been working as a Lawyer since 2002 and was also Legal Advisor to the Members of the Government and Legal Counsellor at the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the European Union (PERMREP), in Brussels. Currently, Miguel is also working at AICEP, E.P.E. (Trade & Investment Agency) in the fields of State Aid, Incentives and Legal issues.
He is fluent in Portuguese and English, and masters French and Spanish.
